The software product being the subject here, can only be used after confirmation of the following license agreement.
You are given a free license to use this evaluation software product. By confirming this license agreement a legal agreement will be realized between you and Sander Verhagen (to be called StageRace from this point on).
By installing, copying or otherwise using this software product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. Other provisions can be taken care of in a separate agreement between you and StageRace.
This software product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights which are not declared in this document are reserved.
You have the freedom to install and evaluate it on as many computers as you like, for evaluation purposes only. You are not allowed to bring copies of this software product, which are running in evaluation mode, into action, other than for evaluation purposes.
In evaluation mode, the saving and printing functions will be switched off. To discontinue the evaluation mode, you are obligated to obtain a hardware key from StageRace for which you can contact at sales@stagerace.com.
You may not reverse-engineer, de-compile or disassemble this software product.
You may not sell, rent or lease this software product.
You may not make any modifications to this software product.
You agree to accept this software product "as is" without warranty of any kind. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this software product remains with you.
